Super Bowl Champion Broncos “Salute to Fans” Stops in Salida

Salida Broncos fans came out in droves on a blustery Sunday afternoon to welcome representative Broncos players and cheerleaders.  The mascot entertained the end of the line and posed with me and other kids for a photo-op.

Apparently, they arrived by bus.

Yep.  Salida is on the schedule, on the back of the Broncos bus.

Salida Mayor Jim LiVecchi and wife Jody pose on their way out of the Salida SteamPlant, where the event was staged.  I’ve been told the Mayor gave a welcome speech.

The line went all the way to the ex-Cribs.

If you waited in line you could get an autograph…. I did not.
