PHOTO ESSAY: Janet Tends Her Garden

Salida is spilling over with hobby and master gardeners. I am blessed to live on a street with many beautiful cottage gardens that are mine to enjoy every time I step outside.

I happened upon my neighbor Janet tending to her garden… and then couldn’t resist photographing the gardens across the street.

I do believe the brevity of our summer season, here in the Colorado mountains, makes these beautiful labors of love that much sweeter to behold.
